The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault please check dtc memory of instrument cluster to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so camshaft position signal output, circuit low and wait then exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
15720 Possible Causes:
15720 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15720 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
