When you open intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system transmission ratio, implausible also fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
15699 Possible Causes:
15699 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 15699 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from a/c controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
