When you open exhaust pressure sensor 2, high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor camshaft position signal output, circuit / open or change oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
15697 Possible Causes:
15697 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15697 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
