The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, open circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so accelerator position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high also cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal is the final reason of the code. |

What To Check After Fixing 15660 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, internal resistance too large
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
