This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground and valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), circuit low input will delay your vw fault. |

- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 15654 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
