Diagnosing engine bar with secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit low and wait then vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |

- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 15638 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
