The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system bank 1, high air flow causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic and o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1 is the final reason of the code. |
15603 Possible Causes:
15603 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15603 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
