15584 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault sensor 2 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground and throttle actuator control system, sudden high air flow detected is the final reason of the code. |

15584 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15584 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
