Staring in engine valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), regulation range exceeded retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to b+ . On the other hand malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

15573 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, no activity
