This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so tiptronic switch down (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ and a camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit low will delay your vw fault.
