15517 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open or reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
15517 Possible Causes:
15517 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 15517 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug/heater relay circuit, electrical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
