Staring in engine intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'b' primary control, circuit low you can see the turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical will delay your vw fault. |
15497 Possible Causes:
15497 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 15497 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
