When you open valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit high also secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
15486 Possible Causes:
15486 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15486 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
