15459 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit intermittent / erratic you can see the power supply terminal 30, voltage too low will delay your vw fault. |
15459 Possible Causes:
15459 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 15459 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
