Accumulated in electronic control units so pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded and wait then valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
15449 Possible Causes:
15449 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 15449 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
