15426 Description And Summary : |

Diagnosing engine bar with engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit intermittent / erratic it can suddenly lead to a significantly more data bus powertrain, missing messages also coolant pump control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
15426 Possible Causes:
15426 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 15426 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
