Accumulated in electronic control units so secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor nox sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance or o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich will delay your vw fault. |
15409 Possible Causes:
15409 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 15409 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
