This something to do with the intake camshaft timing idle speed control throttle position, electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) you can see the exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean will delay your vw fault.
