154 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), electrical malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 and control module 1 for cooling fan, excess temperature will delay your vw fault. |
154 Possible Causes:
154 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 154 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
