When you open diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start system too rich at higher load, bank 2 and exhaust bank 3 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded will delay your vw fault. |
15338 Possible Causes:
15338 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15338 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of adr control module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
