Diagnosing engine bar with vehicle speed signal, error message from instrument cluster retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start coolant degassing valve, control circuit low or hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), no / incorrect basic setting/adaptation is the final reason of the code. |
15314 Possible Causes:
15314 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 15314 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant degassing valve, control circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
