The problem is about o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground or minimum throttle position, not learned is the final reason of the code. |
15287 Possible Causes:
15287 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 15287 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
