This code were stamped on VW Engine case fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 and oxygen (lambda) sensor b3 s1, heater return coupling is the final reason of the code. |

15271 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15271 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
