This something to do with the intake camshaft timing cylinder 1 above knock threshold retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low also transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
15269 Possible Causes:
15269 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15269 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
