15268 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), interruption/short-circuit after mass and wait then auxiliary engine coolant (ec) pump relay (j496), open or short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
15268 Possible Causes:
15268 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Inspect all the connections activation intake manifold runner bank 2 control circuit, open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
