The problem is about relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ecm/pcm power input, signal intermittent and glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
15262 Possible Causes:
15262 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

- Inspect all the connections accelerator position sensor 1/2 (g79) + (g185), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
