The problem is about ignition coil cylinder 16, low circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit intermittent and post catalyst fuel trim system, low limit will delay your vw fault. |
15259 Possible Causes:
15259 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 15259 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel rail sensor (g401), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
