The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle position output, circuit low or exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
15254 Possible Causes:
15254 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15254 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger, under-boost condition
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
