When you open exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
15237 Possible Causes:
15237 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 15237 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure, too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
