Accumulated in electronic control units so ignition switch run position, circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so turbocharger speed sensor, circuit or change motor for intake manifold flap (v157), malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
15226 Possible Causes:
15226 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 15226 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 10 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
