Accumulated in electronic control units so transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start injector control pressure regulator, circuit / open or intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
15198 Possible Causes:
15198 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15198 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
