Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 1 sensor 1 and intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
15197 Possible Causes:
15197 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15197 Code
- Inspect all the connections voltage supply relay, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
