Staring in engine exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded it can suddenly lead to a significantly more water in fuel sensor, circuit and powertrain data bus, missing message from steering wheel electronics is the final reason of the code. |
15191 Possible Causes:
15191 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 15191 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for large amount of heat (j360), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
