15180 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ng high pressure valve (n372), open circuit or valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
15180 Possible Causes:
15180 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 15180 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
