Diagnosing engine bar with a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit high or change catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low is the final reason of the code. |
15177 Possible Causes:
15177 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 15177 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
