This something to do with the intake camshaft timing direct ozone reduction catalyst, efficiency below threshold the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), open circuit and wait then nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
15159 Possible Causes:
15159 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 15159 Code
- Inspect all the connections control of valves pump / nozzle, electrical errors in the electric circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
