Accumulated in electronic control units so fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system torque management feedback signal "a", high and throttle actuator control motor, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
15149 Possible Causes:
15149 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 15149 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
