The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault boost pressure control valve (n249), mechanical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly also reversing light, circuit short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
15131 Possible Causes:
15131 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15131 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, default not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
