15130 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground and wait then a/c request b, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
15130 Possible Causes:
15130 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 15130 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
