15111 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit / open . On the other hand fuel rail sensor (g401), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
15111 Possible Causes:
15111 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 15111 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
