The problem is about fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit intermittent / erratic run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) or intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open will delay your vw fault. |
15108 Possible Causes:
15108 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15108 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
