This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to b+ . On the other hand exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, no activity will delay your vw fault. |
15101 Possible Causes:
15101 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 15101 Code
- Inspect all the connections camshaft position signal output, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
