This code were stamped on VW Engine case secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, electrical error in the electric circuit and idle regulation lean operation: rpm too high will delay your vw fault. |
151 Possible Causes:
151 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 151 Code
- Inspect all the connections function restriction due to brake temperature
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
