Staring in engine radiator fan 3 (v284), movement restricted / jammed retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit electrical malfunction or diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
15089 Possible Causes:
15089 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 15089 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
