This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition switch run position, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data-bus powertrain, implausible message from transmission controller or torque management feedback signal "a", high is the final reason of the code. |
15087 Possible Causes:
15087 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 15087 Code
- Inspect all the connections malfunction indication light (k83), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
