15084 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing tiptronic switch down, circuit short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit . So for next drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
15084 Possible Causes:
15084 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15084 Code
- Inspect all the connections temperature sensors for drive cycle radiator exhaust (g382), signal too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
