Diagnosing engine bar with system too rich at higher load, bank 1 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached or change accelerator position sensor 1/2 (g79) / (g185), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
15079 Possible Causes:
15079 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 15079 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel supply heater, control circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
