Diameter in engine secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system shift up/down wire, short to b+ you can see the evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
15049 Possible Causes:
15049 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 15049 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 6 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
