The problem is about hydraulic pressure sensor 2, too high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel pump, mechanical malfunction also malfunction indication light (k83), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
15038 Possible Causes:
15038 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 15038 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 1 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
