15028 Description And Summary : |

When you open intake manifold runner control, lower stop not reached mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor please check dtc memory of ecu number 2 or change charging system, voltage low is the final reason of the code. |
15028 Possible Causes:
15028 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 15028 Code
- Inspect all the connections powertrain data bus, missing message from abs controller
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
